ALREADY A MEMBER?

If you are already a member of City of Downey Federal Credit Union, then you may submit an application online. One of our Consumer Loan Representatives will contact you the following business day.

NOT A MEMBER YET?

If you are not a City of Downey Federal Credit Union member, find out if you are eligible for membership. Once you have determined that you are eligible then you may submit an application online. Any loan approval is contingent upon your eligibility for membership and completing the membership application process. You must be a member to use any of the credit union's services.
