Important Home Banking Announcement

City of Downey FCU will be performing an upgrade to our Home Banking / Virtual Branch. On October 21, 2011 members will notice a whole new look and feel to the Home Banking / Virtual Branch.

Will my user name and password change?

• If you're already a Home Banking user, your username and password will stay the same. You will however need to re-enroll your security questions.

Will there be an outage to online banking service?

• We expect to have the upgrade live by October 21, 2011 and we do not expect any down time to online banking service.

Will we have access to the same features?

• Yes, and you will have access to additional features such as creating emailed alerts, scheduling your own one-time or recurring account transfers, and performing transfers to and from accounts you have with another financial institutions.

Will my online bill pay change?

• No, online bill pay stays the same. All your payees and scheduled bills will still be available and will be paid.

Will I still have access to account history and e-Statement?

• Yes, your account history will still be there as well as e-Statement if you are already enrolled.
